WordPress Theme Licensing & Usage

All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). By purchasing a theme from ThemeBear, the customer is granted license to install and use the theme on unlimited websites for both personal and commercial projects.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms (to the extent that they relate to the ThemeBear themes) and the GNU License, the GNU License shall prevail.

WordPress Themes Refund Policy

Since ThemeBear is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the product purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding when you use this site.

Price Changes

ThemeBear reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify price of the ThemeBear products without individual notice to its customers. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the ThemeBear website.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the ThemeBear products, modified or unmodified. All products are copyright of ThemeBear.

Delivery & Invoice

After we have successfully received your payment, you will be granted access to the Members Area using the login credentials you created during the signup/checkout process. In case you are unable to access your Members Area, please contact us at admin@ThemeBear.com or via our Contact Form.
[-] For a theme purchase, the theme will be available as a downloadable file in the ‘Downloads’ section of your Members Area

Invoices – A Paypal receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information, however invoices for your purchase may be available for download via the ‘Payments History’ section of your Members Area.
